Summary0000005: Regionfile changes port to default if changed in regioninstall
Description

If you use a port other than 22023 in regioninstall, AU's regionfile will autoset it back to 22023

Steps To Reproduce

set up regioninstall with a server port other than 22023
open AU, then check regionfile..
regionfile will not match regioninstall's port

if you edit the regionfile manually, then remove the miniregion.dll, the port number wont get changed in game, but once you reintroduce the dll, the dll will overwrite that port number back to 22023

weird patterns:

  • initial load goes correctly
  • when the servers are reloaded the port becomes wrong

  • AU is not writing the port correctly to the region file
  • AU reloads the region file after Mini.RegionInstaller loads its regions
    To fix this we just load the regions after AU has loaded its regions
